Delft/Schiphol-Rijk, 2 June 2016 – Carerix, supplier of recruitment and staffing systems for personnel intermediaries, and IntraData (part of Solipsis Document Management) have established a strategic partnership. The main aim of the partnership is to introduce a technical out-of-the-box solution within the recruitment sector, which allows documents to be legally signed digitally. IntraOffice by IntraData is supplied with an integrated interface in the Carerix platform, which means the whole recruitment and staffing process can be made 100% paper-free.

Improved quality in contracting

Digital document signature is, for example, perfect when agreeing contracts with candidates and/or self-employed people/freelancers. But it can also be useful for contracts between recruiters and their clients. It helps to significantly improve quality in the contracting process.

Signing via your mobile

When paper is used (with handwritten signatures), the whole signature process can be difficult, time consuming and costly. Contractual documents, including employment and outsourcing agreements, are often sent via e-mail, printed by the candidate, scanned, and then returned to the recruiter. From now on, this can be done faster and with less chance of processing errors. Carerix has seamlessly incorporated IntraData’s digital signature process into its recruitment & staffing software.
